Mannnnn.....when I say the tour was an entire experience it truly was...I called an spoked with Jerry we scheduled a tour I requested to see 3 units...sooo I arrived Jerry n Alakia took me on the the best tour they didn't rush and they met all of my needs!!! I immediately felt at home!!! The units were beautiful spacious with beautiful natural lighting...back to office we went...so I got the pleasure of meeting Kenny he was pleasant aswell they all helped me through the app process..topping on the cake I had the pleasure of meeting Alaya she was a treat...in all best tour ever..I HOPE I GET APPRROVED!!!!

My time here @ AMLI Lindbergh is quickly coming to an end and I won't even make it to the end of my first year because BY THE GRACE OF GOD, I got a job in my line of work after two years of unemployment. And sadly it will take me out of Atlanta and I now have to relocate to the west coast! And that means leaving before the end of my lease. I just have to tell you that Kenny here in the leasing office has been remarkable to deal with. From the moment I stopped in to let him know what was going on, he has been forthright with details and the things I need to know to make this move as smooth as possible. I am sad to have to leave, but the professionalism, kindness and respect I have been shown truly deserves some recognition because as we all can attest -this isn't how it usually works. Kenny, THANK YOU! I am going to miss your smiling face downstairs every day. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the amazing team here on HOUSEKEEPING and MAINTENANCE as well. This crew here is second to NONE! There is nothing they are not on top of and they keep the common areas in great shape and ANY TIME I have needed maintenance this past year, they have been there to immediately address the problem. If there was going to be a delay, they would contact me to tell me so... It doesn't get much better than that. I will truly miss living @ AMLI LINDBERGH and I highly recommend if you aren't just looking for an apartment but are looking for a HOME -come to AMLI LINDBERGH!! Because they treat you like family!!!! (the side of the family you actually like!!)

I started living in this neighborhood starting summer 2022. If I were to rate it when I just moved in, it will definitely NOT be a five star: the old management team is not professional or friendly and almost turned down our application. However, we have a new management team summer 2023 and the experience is improved a lot. Kenny and Alaya from leasing office have been helpful with our new lease and they are very friendly. We have the same maintenance team since we move in and they are definitely 5-star team!!! Any of our appliances issues, once reported, is solved within the next business day. If you are looking for a spacious apartment with great services, this neighborhood offers one of the best prices in this area.
